The goal is for FfM to grow in size and reach to the point where administrative and operational expenses would increase. It is the intention of FfM to seek volunteers to assist with day to day operations and professional services to keep expenses at a minimum. As for now however 100% of all monies donated to FfM go directly to supporting one of the posted missions. If either of the goals are exceeded the excess fund automatically get placed in the reserve to help extend the reach of FfM and to address any unforeseen needs of food banks such as CityTeam, Emergent calls for help and our adopted children. Reserve funds will NOT be used for administrative fees.
We have established a separate fund for administrative fees to be used to promote the growth of FfM and assure continuation or addition of professional services when needed. Administrative monies may also be used as a reserve fund.
When and if administrative fees have to be paid by FfM you will see the expense thermometer rise and all expenses will be made available for review.
